Meet this episode's expert guest: Minh Hua

About Stanley Black & Decker's Chief Talent Officer:

Minh is the Chief Talent Officer for Stanley Black and Decker (SBD).  In this role, Minh leads the full talent lifecycle including talent acquisition, lifelong learning, people analytics, executive succession planning, employee experience, and board engagement. 

Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Minh served as head of human resources for Worldwide Commercial Operations at Amazon Web Services where he helped scale the organization through a time of hyper-growth.  Before Amazon, Minh served as Executive Director of JP Morgan Chase, where he helped rebuild the Global Corporate Bank post the 2008 financial crisis. Minh is a graduate of General Electric’s HR Leadership Program after which he held leadership roles for GE in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.

Minh has been a guest speaker for 3M, Abbvie, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Itau Unibanco, Thomson Reuters, and Yahoo Japan on topics such as -
