Esther Ayorinde-Iyamu is Founder of GrowthQ, a matching platform on a mission to make a career in tech sales equitable for all. Esther created her first startup at 19 years old in her dorm room at Santa Clara University and later spent 16 years in various revenue leadership roles at Cisco, 7 years as an NFL and NBA Dancer, and is known for her wellness advocacy, her connected tech industry network, and her Go-To-Market expertise. Esther was recognized as Diversity Women Magazine’s Power 100 executives, The Network Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, and was the first Black Dance Captain in franchise history of the New York Jets. As a Sales and Go-To-Market thought leader, Esther has been a featured guest lecturer and speaker at Stanford University, UC Berkeley Haas, Facebook, Gong, Snowflake, Cisco, Clozd, and Braze. Esther grew up in the UK to Nigerian Immigrant parents before moving to the US. She and her husband are both tech founders and live in Oakland, CA with their 3 dogs.

About Twilio's Senior Director of HR:

Symphone’e Lindsey is an HR Executive with over 15+ years’ experience. She has worked in small and large fortune 500 companies, with a focus on building and executing people strategies, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, alternative talent pipelines, and talent management, at companies like BAE Systems, PepsiCo, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Today, Symphone’e is the Head of HR, for Twilio’s Data and Applications business unit. Symphone’e holds a MBA from Northeastern University & a Bachelor of Science from Bryant University. In her free time, Symphone’e likes to spend time with her husband, and 3 children, hydroponic gardening, reading, puzzles, spirituality, and Martial Arts.
