The First 90 Days: Transforming New Hires into High Performers
Sophie Hurcombe, SVP of People at Lattice
A new hire’s decision to stay or leave is usually made in their first 90 days, but most onboarding stops after week one. Helping your new talent succeed means moving past the paperwork and leveraging AI to give a clear path toward real impact and belonging — no matter the industry or role.
Join us on May 19th at 2 PM ET for this episode of HR at the Table®, featuring Sophie Hurcombe, SVP of People at Lattice. Sophie will share how to build a high-impact, role-agnostic 90-day journey that turns any new hire into a long-term, high-performing team member.
Explore Ways to:
Simplify the Pre-Boarding Experience: Ensure a smooth transition from offer to day one.
Nurture Early Growth: Focus on removing roadblocks and providing the steady support and coaching new hires need to feel confident and settled.
Build a Clear 90-Day Roadmap: Help new hires move from "learning the ropes" to making a real impact with a structured plan.
Link Onboarding to Performance using AI: Use individual goal-setting to give people total clarity on what success looks like from the start. Discover how AI-driven insights help managers build personalized development paths based on a new hire’s role and individual strengths.
Tailor the Journey beyond Onboarding: Transform onboarding from a one-size-fits-all process into a long-term personalized journey that accelerates the new hire’s pathway to success while saving managers time.
