Chris has earned a consistent track record of success as an HR and business leader by identifying problems, creating innovative solutions, and implementing effective changes that impact both MSI’s people and bottom line.
Chris leads the Human Resources division at MS International, Inc., the premier flooring, countertop, and hard surfaces supplier in the United States. He is responsible for all HR activities across 33 locations in the US, Canada, and India.
In his current role, he acts as a partner for the MSI Executive Team, protecting the company against risk, ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international employment laws, and leading the employee relations and engagement efforts. Additionally, Chris partners with MSI’s Operations and Sales Management teams regarding performance management, coaching, setting performance standards, and developing an exceptional workforce.
He also oversees MSI’s benefits and rewards programs, wellness initiatives, and HR modernization efforts with a focus on automation, big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques within their people practices.
