Enrique Rubio is an HR, technology, and future of work expert, keynote speaker, and founder of global communities. He is the founder of Hacking HR, a global learning community operating at the intersection of the future of work, technology, business, and organizations with thousands of members worldwide. He also previously served as Head of Global Community at Transform, where he helped build a global network of local chapters across major cities and regions. Enrique has been recognized as one of the top 100 global HR influencers.

Earlier in his career, Enrique founded and served as CEO of Management Consultants, an HR consulting firm based in Venezuela. Prior to that, he worked in the telecommunications sector as a senior project engineer for Telefónica and other companies. He frequently speaks on topics such as DEIB, HR strategy, employee experience, and the future of work, and designs learning programs for the global HR community. Enrique is a Fulbright Scholar and an electronic engineer with an Executive Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
