Before joining Our Rescue,Teresa Harland spent the last four years working with high-net-worth individuals at First International Bank & Trust (FIBT), serving as both a wealth advisor and private banker. Additionally, Harland served as the corporate giving officer and liaison to bank ownership for their family foundation. She joined FIBT after 20+ years as a non-profit executive, where she established and maintained significant investor and philanthropic relationships, led a $157M comprehensive capital campaign, secured the largest philanthropic gift received to date, and set a record for the largest fiscal year fundraising effort. With Harland’s deep expertise in nonprofit and higher education fundraising, Our Rescue is on a fast track to grow its charitable and corporate support to broaden the impact of our mission with additional technical and digital support for law enforcement and wide-ranging services for survivor care.
