Event Preview: HR Tech Conference 2021

It’s the most wonderful time of year again, and I’m not counting Christmas! We’re only a few days away from HR Technology Conference Vegas 2021! 

This year’s HR Technology Conference is an in-person event in Las Vegas, Nevada, and we’re so excited to share all the fun that’s to be had. Starting on September 28th, the conference will kick off at Mandalay Bay resort. For the next two days through September 30th, attendees have a packed schedule of HR tech conversations, networking opportunities, and out-of-office fun including useful resources and career opportunities.

The HR Tech Conference has a lot in store. We’re providing you with a list of highlights that you won’t want to miss. So grab your tickets, pack your bags, and get ready for the premier HR event of 2021!

Women in HR Technology Summit

On the first day, September 28th, from 8:15am to 12:00pm, the conference kicks off with a summit on women in HR tech. This inclusive event pairs equality with growth and is available to those with the Premiere Pass.  

Participants will obtain important knowledge needed to modernize their professional setting. They will have the opportunity to explore the vast technologies geared to drive gender equality in the workplace. The information will be explored through eight different sessions all on inclusive topics.

These sessions include:

• The Pandemic Has Been Unforgiving to Women – Here’s How We Can Make a Difference featuring Rebecca Henderson, CEO, Global Businesses and Executive Board Member at Randstad
• The Future of Women at Work featuring Nela Richardson, Chief Economist at ADP, and Amy Dufrane, CEO of HRCI
• Why Can’t We Get Pay Equality Right? Featuring Pam Jeffords, Sr. Partner of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Transformation at Sapient Insights Group, and Cheryl Lewis, VP of Product Management and Strategy, Next Generation Payroll at ADP

HR Tech Talks

From kickoff to conclusion, the HR Technology Conference has a full schedule of interesting and insightful professional talks. With 10+ sessions to choose from, there is a noteworthy topic relevant to all in attendance. These talks are given by industry professionals who are experts in their field. Attendees will also have access to solutions for various HR tech problems through the conference’s Solution Provider Sessions. These 50-minute educational sessions will present key issues within HR and provide stimulating new ideas for resolution. This part of the conference will offer you the opportunity to speak with other professionals about shared workplace issues and ask the experts their ideas on problem-solving technologies.
