Meeting Employees Where They Are: Personalized Approaches to Talent Management
Angela Cheng-Cimini, SVP, Talent & CHRO at Harvard Business Publishing
The average employee will spend about one-third of their life, or 90,000 hours, at work. One of HR’s many jobs is to design engaging employee experiences to make this time not only easier, but hopefully more enjoyable and meaningful. But, recent data shows that only 33% of the workforce is actually engaged in the office.
That’s where Meeting Employees Where They Are: Personalized Approaches to Talent Management comes in. We invited Angela Cheng-Cimini, SVP of Talent and CHRO at Harvard Business Publishing, to explore the hyper-personalization of the candidate and employee experience. We discussed personalized approaches to talent management, including:
The candidate to employee experience
Hyper-personalization best practices
Meeting employees where they are
The power of data in HR initiatives
