Natasha Berry is the Vice President, Global Inclusive Culture, Diversity & Equity at Smith+Nephew. Natasha’s role underscores the importance of inclusion, diversity and equity to our culture and the success of our organization. Prior to this role Natasha was the Vice President, Human Resource of Smith+Nephew’s Orthopedics franchise.
Natasha brings more than 20+ years of experience across all facets of Human Resources, including major acquisitions across a variety of global industries. She has worked extensively with global business management executive teams where she partnered with the leaders to develop and implement people strategies, support business initiatives by ensuring that relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness were in close collaboration with the HR network counsel, provided coaching and solutions advisement to business leadership on organization change, challenge, and opportunities.
Natasha holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. In addition, she holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a certified six sigma Greenbelt. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Beta Epsilon Omega chapter in Memphis, TN, and The River City Links, Memphis, TN chapter.
