Manager of Volunteer Services at Advocate Healthcare
Magda has been with Advocate Health since 2004. In her time at Advocate Health her role expanded to Manager for Volunteer Services in 2006 for Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and took on the additional role of Manager for Volunteer Service for Good Shepherd Hospital in 2015. Magda has developed wonderful relationships within the hospital and the community at large. She is passionate about partnerships with schools to provide students with career exploration opportunities through volunteering. Magda has collaborated with her teams on designing streamlined volunteer-centered processes, and with hospital leaders to create programming that supports their patient and teammate engagement efforts. She has worked closely with the Service League and Auxiliary on advancing their mission. Magda has also been involved in many system wide projects including volunteer database integration, volunteer learning tracking and compliance, and virtual patient visitation program during COVID.
