Meet this episode's expert guest speaker: Minh Hua
Minh is the CTO for Stanley Black and Decker (SBD). In this role, Minh leads the full talent lifecycle including talent acquisition, lifelong learning, people analytics, executive succession planning, employee experience, and board engagement.
Prior to joining SBD, Minh served as head of HR for Worldwide Commercial Operations at Amazon Web Services where he helped scale the organization through a time of hyper-growth. Before Amazon, Minh served as Executive Director of JP Morgan Chase, where he helped rebuild the Global Corporate Bank post the 2008 financial crisis. Minh is a graduate of General Electric’s HR Leadership Program after which he held leadership roles for GE in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
