Rob Harter is a nonprofit executive and social impact leader with more than 30 years of experience building and leading organizations. Known for his inspirational leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and contagious energy, Rob is also a Certified Professional Coach and Certified Enneagram Instructor. He is a frequent speaker and trainer for corporate and nonprofit audiences and serves as the host and executive producer of the Nonprofit Leadership Podcast, which has more than 553,000 downloads across 179 countries and ranks in the top 1.5% of podcasts globally.
Rob has contributed to the Forbes Nonprofit Council and served in leadership roles with organizations including the Utah Nonprofit Association, MLK Jr. Commission for Human Rights, and U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. He has been recognized with multiple community service awards, including Park City’s Citizen of the Year and Chief’s Award for Community Service. Most recently, Rob launched Rob Harter Coaching and Consulting to help leaders grow personally and professionally.
