Season 2 | Episode 7:

Elevating Your Talent Lifecycle

Today’s candidates are looking to companies to develop their experience, not necessarily to stay for a career, putting significant pressure on talent acquisition professionals to recruit a revolving door of top talent. But it doesn’t have to be this way. There are actions you can take to stop the cycle and recruit employees willing to invest in longevity. It starts by elevating your talent lifecycle. In Episode 7 of Season 2 of HR at the Table, we discussed the key to a vitalized and sustainable talent acquisition lifecycle with Regina Johnson, CHRO of Marketcast. In this webinar recording you will learn:

  • The top talent acquisition challenges in today’s market
  • The impact of a candidate’s experience
  • How to build a candidate pipeline
