Deborah (Debbie) Rosenburg, joined Chesapeake Regional Health in April of 2014. She is responsible for human resources strategy and planning, staffing, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, leadership development and training, occupational health and wellness, and the Lifestyle center which provides community outreach and education. She has strong knowledge in HR law, organizational development, staff relations, labor productivity and healthcare operations. She strives to bring strategic HR initiatives that directly support the organizational goals and objectives.
Prior to joining CRH, Rosenburg served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Daymar Colleges Group, Director of HR/OD for Vanguard Health in their Abrazo Division, Director of HR at Memorial Healthcare, and Sr. Lead HR Generalist at Spectrum Health. She has experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare. Overall, she has over 24 years of Human Resources experience.
